- Cucumbers 5 oz

- Egg white 1 piece

Step 1
Peel the cucumbers and remove the seeds. Cut them into thin long pieces. Transfer to a pot and pour in the broth. Bring to a boil, add finely chopped green onions, reduce the heat, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
