- Cucumber Brine 12 tablespoons
- Safflower Oil 12 tablespoons
- Sugar 8 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour to taste

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and gradually add flour while stirring with a spoon.
Step 2
Take a small amount of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin, not too thin.
Step 3
Use a glass or cookie cutters to cut out cookies and place them on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased with sunflower oil.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at medium temperature.
