Description

Avocado improves memory and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It contains virtually no carbohydrates or sugars, and there is no cholesterol or harmful fats in it. On the contrary, avocado contains substances that break down excess cholesterol in the blood. Avocado is rich in vitamins A, B, C, D, and it contains much more vitamin E than other fruits.

Ingredients

  • Avocado 4 pieces
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Cucumbers 4 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Parsley 4 stems
  • Mineral water to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the pits and skin from the avocados.

Step 2

Peel the skin off three cucumbers. If the seeds are very large, remove them.

Step 3

Cut the peeled avocados and cucumbers into large pieces and place them in a blender. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Blend until thick puree.

Step 4

Taste and dilute with water to the desired consistency.

Step 5

Dice the peppers, cucumber, and tomato into small cubes.

Step 6

Place some of the chopped vegetables in bowls, pour the chilled soup over them. Garnish with herbs and the remaining chopped vegetables.
