Description

Crumble with Lingonberries

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Chopped almonds 5 oz
  • Lingonberry 10 oz
  • Nutmeg 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the flour with cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and sift into a bowl.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and pour it into the flour mixture.

Step 3

Whisk with a fork. The lumps should be small.

Step 4

Mix the chopped walnuts with the resulting dough.

Step 5

Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour half of the dough into it, then sprinkle with lingonberries (you can use any other berries: cranberries, cherries, black currants, etc.).

Step 6

Next, place the second half of the dough on top.

Step 7

Bake the crumble in the oven for 30 minutes at 390°F, until the pie acquires a noble golden color. Serve the crumble warm or cold, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
