Ingredients
- Pitted Wild Apricots 10 oz
- Frozen black currant puree 20 oz
- Biscoff Cookie Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Cinnamon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Squeeze the juice from the oranges, add 50 grams of sugar, cinnamon, and prunes, and simmer for fifteen minutes over low heat.
Step 2
Take out the cinnamon, place the prunes with the sauce in a baking dish, add the currants, sprinkle with the remaining sugar, mix well, and top with cookies crushed into fine crumbs using a blender.
Step 3
Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 385°F.
