Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Baking Powder ¾ teaspoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Apple 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Sift the flour.
Step 2
Cut the butter into pieces.
Step 3
Combine the flour, butter, baking powder, and sugar (½ cup).
Step 4
Rub with your fingers until crumbly.

Add the nuts, crushed in a blender. Mix well.
Step 6
Combine the cottage cheese with the eggs, sugar (½ cup), and sour cream.
Step 7
Grate the apples on a coarse grater and add to the cottage cheese and egg mixture. Mix well.
Step 8
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, spread ⅔ of the crumb mixture on the bottom, then add the filling, smooth it out, and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
Step 9
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40-50 minutes.
