- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Veal 20 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: In a bowl, use a whisk to mix the eggs, salt, and milk, gradually adding the flour in portions. Then knead the dough with your hands. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: cut the veal into small pieces, sauté in oil, stirring carefully to prevent burning, add a little water, and simmer until fully cooked.
Step 3
Dice the onion and pumpkin into large cubes and sauté in oil until cooked through.
Step 4
Finely chop the cooked veal. Also finely chop the sautéed onion and pumpkin.
Step 5
Combine the meat and vegetables, mixing them thoroughly, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Prepare the pastries: roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1.5 - 2 mm. Cut the rolled-out dough into squares measuring 10 x 10 cm.
Step 7
Brush the edges with egg, place the filling on the prepared squares of dough, fold diagonally, and seal the pastries tightly.
Step 8
Pour oil into a deep skillet, heat it up, and fry the crucians for just a few minutes on each side.
