Step 1
Once the dough is thawed, unfold the sheets and roll the dough into a rectangle about 40–50 mm thick.
Step 2
Using a knife, cut the dough into triangles.
Step 3
Place chocolate spread at the base, then roll the croissants into a tube shape.
Step 4
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the croissants for 20 minutes until golden brown.
