Croissant with Jam
Ingredients
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Margarine 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Pear Jam 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the margarine with the flour. Add the sour cream, milk, and mayonnaise. Knead the dough. Make a well and pour in the baking soda that has been mixed with vinegar, and stir.
Step 2
Roll out the dough on a table into a circle. Starting from the center of the circle and moving towards the edges, cut small sectors from the dough.
Step 3
Cut the jam into strips.
Step 4
Place a strip of jam at the edge of each dough sector and roll it towards the center of the circle.
Step 5
Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20–30 minutes at 390°F.
