Ingredients
- Margarine 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Sugar to taste

Step 1
Grate the margarine in small portions, mixing it with the flour until crumbly.
Step 2
Then add the sour cream and knead the dough.
Step 3
Place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Then roll it out a bit, sprinkle with sugar, and roll over the sugar until it's about 0.5 cm thick.
Step 5
Cut into diamond shapes.
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 355°F for about 20 minutes.
