Crispy Rosemary Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour ¾ cup
  • Fresh Rose Hips 4 sprigs
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt ¾ teaspoon
  • Water ½ cup
  • Olive Oil 0.3 cup
  • Ocean salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 430°F.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the flour, finely chopped rosemary, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and fine salt. Make a well in the center and add water and oil. Stir with a wooden spoon.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll one out thinly. Use a cutter to cut out a circle, about 25 cm in diameter.

Step 4

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary leaves, pressing them down slightly. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake until golden brown for about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cool. Repeat with the remaining dough, using fresh parchment each time. Break the cooled flatbreads into pieces.
