- Pide bread 4 pieces
- Olive Oil to taste

Preheat the oven to 430°F.

Cut each pita into 4 triangles and split each one in half.
Step 3
Arrange the triangles on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil (or brush with a pastry brush).
Step 4
Bake for about 8–10 minutes until crispy.
