  • Wheat Flour ½ cup
  • Brown Sugar ½ cup
  • Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Ground Oats 1 cup
  • Ground Almonds ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Candied fruits 0 oz
  • Corn Starch 2 tablespoons
  • Pears 5 lbs

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, half of the cinnamon, and half of the salt. Add the butter cut into small cubes and quickly mix with your hands, avoiding melting the butter. Add the oats, almonds, and diced ginger. Mix well and refrigerate for a while.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 355°F. In a bowl, mix the sugar, cornstarch, remaining cinnamon, and salt. Peel the pears and cut them into small cubes, transferring them to the bowl with the sugar mixture. Mix well and transfer to an oval baking dish. Sprinkle the mixture from the refrigerator on top and bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Serve warm.
