Description
Vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice, or you can substitute baking soda and vinegar with baking powder. You can increase the amount of oats (use the largest type #1) and add enough flour to achieve a batter consistency similar to very thick sour cream. Thanks to the oats, the pancakes turn out very fluffy with a crispy crust.
Ingredients
- Kefir 15 fl oz
- Ground Oats 1 cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- 9% Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Mix the egg with the kefir and add salt to taste.
Step 2
Add the oats, flour, and baking soda, and mix well.
Step 3
Finally, pour in the vinegar.
Step 4
Spoon onto a hot skillet and fry on both sides.
