Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Peel the onions and slice them thinly into half rings. Place them in a bowl, cover with a lid, and shake gently to separate the slices.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions. Stir constantly and fry until they turn slightly golden, then add the sugar and mix well. Next, add the breadcrumbs and, while continuing to stir, fry until they are a bright golden-brown color (the onion petals should mix well with the breadcrumbs and become crispy).
Step 3
Transfer the finished onions to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain excess oil.
