Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Add honey and milk.
Step 3
Heat while stirring.
Step 4
Sift the flour.
Step 5
Mix with sugar and oat flakes.
Step 6
Remove the butter from heat and mix with the flour mixture.

With damp hands, roll into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Step 8
Flatten each cookie with a glass to achieve a flat shape.

Bake at 355°F for 15 minutes until golden.
