- Coconut flakes ½ cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Red Curry Powder 2 teaspoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Egg white 1 piece
- Nuts 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the coconut flakes, sugar, curry powder, red pepper, and salt.
Step 3
In another bowl, beat the egg white and add the nuts. Mix well and transfer to the coconut mixture. Stir again and spread evenly on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet (the nuts will become crispy as they cool).
