Ingredients
- Egg Yolk 4 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Jam to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the egg yolks for 10–15 minutes until a thick, fluffy foam forms.
Step 2
While continuing to whip, gradually add the sifted vanilla sugar. Pipe the resulting mixture from the bowl onto a baking sheet greased with oil or lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25–30 minutes at 110–250°F.
Step 3
After baking and cooling, sandwich the meringues together with jam.
