  • Armenian Lavash 4 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Ground meat 5 oz
  • Ketchup to taste

Step 1

Cut the lavash into small pieces. Spread ketchup on it. Then, layer the ground meat thinly. Thinly, so that the meat does not remain raw later. Alternatively, you can sauté the meat slightly beforehand. Beat the eggs with salt and pour a spoonful onto the lavash.

Step 2

Roll it up. Then fry in a pan on both sides or brush with oil and bake in the oven.
