Ingredients
- Sugar ½ cup
- Egg white 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Water 15 fl oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the egg, sugar, room temperature butter (preferably cut into small pieces), baking soda, vanillin, and half of the water (slightly warm — this helps the butter melt). Blend until smooth and lump-free. Then add the remaining water.
Step 2
Bake in a waffle iron until golden brown.
Step 3
While the waffles are hot, quickly shape them as desired — into cones, tubes, or simply leave them flat. Fillings are up to your preference: sweetened condensed milk, ice cream with berries, or jam.
