  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 1 glass
  • Sugar ½ glasses
  • Pickled Apples 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash 3 small apples and slice them into half-moons about 2 mm thick.

Step 2

Beat 3 eggs. Continue until the mixture stops increasing in volume.

Step 3

Add a cup of sugar (or 2/3 cup) to the egg mixture and whisk.

Step 4

Add a cup of flour and beat with a mixer until the mixture is smooth.

Step 5

Take a baking dish (ideally 24 cm in diameter) and grease the bottom and sides with sunflower oil.

Step 6

Arrange the chopped apples.

Step 7

Pour the batter over the apples in the baking dish and place it in the preheated oven (355°F) for 30 minutes.
