Ingredients

- Coconut Urbech 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces

Melt the butter and let it cool.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the baking tray with non-stick baking silicone.
Step 3
Grind the coconut into fine crumbs. Add the powdered sugar and flour, and mix well. Then, incorporate the egg whites and chilled butter. The mixture should be a smooth, slightly runny paste.
Step 4
Transfer it to a bowl.
Step 5
Spoon 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto a silicone mat. Bake for 7 minutes until pale golden brown.
Step 6
Remove the finished cookies from the oven and place them on a wire rack.
