- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
- Pink Himalayan Salt a pinch
- Dry adjika a pinch
- Ground Dried Garlic a pinch
- Sumac a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Season with black pepper.
Step 3
Then add chili pepper.
Step 4
Season with dry adjika.
Step 5
Add salt.
Step 6
Add dried garlic.
Step 7
Form long boats and place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 8
After 6-7 minutes, remove the resulting chips from the oven.
Step 9
Season with sumac.
Step 10
Once the snack cools slightly, transfer to a plate.
