  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 head
  • Cream to taste
  • Cheese Spread to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Crack three eggs into a large bowl.

Step 2

Add a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Whisk until frothy.

Step 4

Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Also add the milk gradually, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps.

After mixing, let the batter sit at room temperature for 2 hours.

For the filling, cut the ham and onion into strips.

Sauté the ham and onion in vegetable oil.

Add cream, black pepper, and salt. Cook until thickened.

Step 10

Add cheese and wait for it to melt. The result should be a fairly thick mixture.

Cook the crepes in a preheated and greased skillet. To achieve an even layer of oil, do not pour it into the skillet but grease the skillet with oil before cooking each crepe. It is best to grease the skillet with half an onion (or a raw peeled potato), cut in half and pierced with a fork.

Place the filling on each crepe.

Fold into an envelope or roll, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the oven for 3–5 minutes. The cheese should melt.
