  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Vanillin to taste

In a bowl, combine half of the milk (0.5 l) and 3 eggs. Whisk thoroughly.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt, and a pinch of vanillin.

Add 200 grams of sifted flour.

Mix the crepe batter well until smooth and pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Cook thin crepes in a hot skillet greased with vegetable oil.

Prepare the custard. In a saucepan, combine 3 tablespoons of flour, 150 grams of sugar, 2 eggs, and a pinch of vanillin. Whisk thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Pour 0.5 l of milk into the egg mixture. Stir well.

Place on low heat and cook the custard until thickened. As soon as it starts to boil, remove from heat immediately.

Cover the custard with plastic wrap, ensuring the wrap touches the surface of the custard. Allow to cool.
