  • Milk 20 fl oz
  • Sugar 0.5 tablespoons
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Salt 0.25 teaspoons
  • Clarified Butter 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the raw eggs with salt and sugar, add 125 ml of milk, stir, then add the flour and knead the batter until there are no lumps. After that, dilute the batter with the remaining milk.

Step 2

Heat a medium-sized skillet well, grease it with butter or a piece of fat, pour the batter onto the skillet using a ladle, quickly tilting it so that the batter spreads evenly and thinly across the skillet. Remove the crepes that are browned on one side from the skillet and stack them on a board or plate.

Step 3

Then place the crepes on the board with the browned side facing up and put a tablespoon of cottage cheese filling, apple filling, or a tablespoon of jam or thick fruit spread on each crepe. Fold the crepes into an envelope shape and fry on both sides in the skillet with butter.

Step 4

When serving, sprinkle the crepes with powdered sugar. You can prepare crepes with meat in the same way. In this case, serve them with a sour cream sauce with tomato.
