Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar a pinch
- Salt a pinch
- Plums 10 pieces
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Cinnamon 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In the sifted flour, add milk, eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix well until smooth, then place the batter in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the plums into wedges. Drizzle them with a mixture of lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon.
Step 3
In a well-heated, oiled skillet, cook the crepes.
Step 4
Spread soft cheese on the finished crepes. Place plums on one half of each crepe, fold over the other half, and sprinkle with powdered sugar or crushed nuts.
