- Almond 15 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Coconut Milk 0 fl oz
- Ghee to taste
- Apple 5 oz
- Plums 0 oz
- Jerusalem Artichoke 0 fl oz
- Almond to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour for the dough and mix it with milk, egg, and sugar.
Step 2
Fry the pancakes in almond oil.
Step 3
For the sauce, add a piece of ghee to a preheated skillet, melt it, and start sautéing the fruits. First, add the apples and cook for 2 minutes, then add the plums and sauté together for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle the fruits in the skillet with any syrup and add a little water, then simmer until cooked through.
Step 5
Place the finished pancakes on plates and serve with sauce.
