Ingredients
- Kefir 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Boiling water 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 1 jar
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the crepes, beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt. Pour in the boiling water and beat again. Add the kefir and mix. Sift in the flour, sugar, and baking soda. Mix thoroughly. You can add a little vegetable oil to prevent the crepes from sticking to the pan. The batter should be thick, as the crepes need to be fluffy.
Step 2
Cook the crepes, we will need 5–7 good thick crepes.
Step 3
Take the first crepe, spread cream cheese on it, and add the chopped trout. Cover this crepe with a second one. Do the same with the second crepe, and continue with all the crepes. Cover with the last crepe, and grate a little cheese on top.
