- Wheat Flour 10 oz

- Low-fat lactose-free milk 25 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Condensed Milk 5 oz
- Butter to taste
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dilute the milk with cold water in a 1:1 ratio, add 4 eggs, and mix everything together.
Step 2
Incorporate the milk-egg mixture into the flour and mix thoroughly, adding salt.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan well, greasing it with oil, and cook the crepes, browning them on both sides. You should get about 15 crepes.
Step 4
Mix the cottage cheese with the condensed milk. Add a bit of ground cinnamon and vanilla sugar, and stir.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Layer the crepes, spreading the cottage cheese mixture between each layer.
Step 7
Beat an egg with sugar until pale and spread it over the top crepe.
Step 8
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes.
