  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Milk 2½ cups
  • Sugar ½ tablespoon
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Make the crepes.

Grease a baking dish or a shallow pot with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Line the bottom and sides of the dish with a layer of crepes, browned side inwards, add a layer of filling, cover with a crepe, add a second layer of filling, and cover with a crepe, and so on until the top of the dish. Cover the top layer of filling with a crepe, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil, and place the dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

When the pie is baked, invert it onto a plate and serve. Serve butter, meat or chicken broth in a cup separately. The crepe pie can be made with any fillings — one or several. For example, the filling can be chopped chicken meat mixed with white sauce.
