Crepe Mushroom Cake
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Milk 1½ cups
- Water ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Butter 6 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Onion 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the eggs, ¾ cup of milk, water, 1 cup of flour, 3 tablespoons of butter, and salt (you can also add green onion to the batter) in a blender, knead the batter, and bake thin crepes in a skillet. Let them cool.
Step 2
For the filling, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet. Cook the chopped onion until it starts to release its juices but does not brown.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to medium and add the mushrooms along with 2 tablespoons of the remaining butter. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until the mushrooms are soft.
Step 4
Add 1 teaspoon of flour and, while stirring, pour in 110 ml of milk.
Step 5
Evaporate the excess liquid or remove half of the liquid from the skillet. Add some grated cheese to melt. Mix well.
Step 6
Layer a crepe, then a layer of filling, and continue this way except for the last layer, which should be topped with grated cheese.
Step 7
Let it soak for a bit, then cut into 6-8 pieces.
