- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- 3.2% Milk 15 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Potato protein 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz

Bake the crepes as usual.
Step 2
Then make the chocolate glaze. For this, pour the milk into a small saucepan, add sugar, and whisk everything together. When the sugar dissolves, add the butter and finely chopped chocolate. Mix well, then add the potato starch and mix again until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Step 3
Place the first crepe on a plate and spread a layer of condensed milk on it, then spread with glaze and cover with another crepe. Repeat the layers.
Step 4
Once all the crepes are assembled this way, the edges can be coated with chocolate glaze. The top of the cake can be sprinkled with colorful confectionery sprinkles.

In a bowl, pour in the milk, add the eggs, salt, sugar, and whisk everything together. Then add the flour and beat until smooth. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the sunflower oil.
