Ingredients

  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Whole egg 2 pieces
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla salt ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the cream with the milk and vanilla sugar and gently heat.

Step 2

Carefully mix the yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Step 3

Pour the cream into the yolks while stirring.

Step 4

Divide everything into molds, place in a water bath, and leave in the oven for one hour.

Step 5

Cool down. Melt the remaining sugar, pour it over everything, and leave in the refrigerator to let the caramel set. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
