
Creamy Vanilla Panna Cotta

Description
To prepare the dessert, you will need: a saucepan, muffin molds (silicone or ceramic), and a dish for soaking the gelatin. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- 10% cream 20 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Vanilla Pod to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a pot with cream and milk over low heat, gradually add sugar, and cook over low heat until it comes to a boil. Stir the mixture constantly.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin sheets just until they're slightly covered with water. After they've softened, drain the water while holding the gelatin.
Step 3
Remove the pot from the heat and add the gelatin to the mixture.
Step 4
Wait for it to cool down and pour into molds.
Step 5
Place in the refrigerator for 9 hours.
