Ingredients

  • Campbell's Beef Broth 1 piece
  • Basmati rice 1 tablespoon
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Frozen spinach discs 5 oz
  • Campbell's Beef Broth 1 piece
  • Cream 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour Campbell's Chicken Broth into a pot, add 750 ml of water, and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Rinse the rice. Wash the potato, peel it, and cut it into 1 cm cubes.

Step 3

Add the rice and potato to the boiling broth. Cook for 20 minutes after boiling or until the potato and rice are ready.

Step 4

Add the spinach to the soup. Wait for the broth to boil again, then pour in the cream.

Step 5

Add Campbell's Soup Base to the pot.

Step 6

After 2-3 minutes, remove the pot from the heat.
