Ingredients
- Mussels 20 oz
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Potato 7 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 4 pieces
- Dried Rosemary a pinch
- Water 0 qt
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and rinse the shrimp and mussels, then boil them until cooked and transfer to a separate plate.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, doing the same with the cream cheese.
Step 3
Pour water into a pot, add potatoes, and boil until tender. Then, add processed cheese. Reduce the heat and, while stirring continuously, bring the soup to a smooth consistency. Next, add the seafood and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, season with salt and pepper, and add rosemary.
Step 5
Serve the soup with croutons or toast, preferably garlic-flavored.
