Creamy soufflé with two chocolates
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- 10% cream 0 fl oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for the time indicated on the package.
Step 2
Then bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not boil it. Cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and cool to room temperature.
Step 4
Separately melt the dark chocolate and cool.
Step 5
Whip the cream with the sugar.
Step 6
Divide the cream into two parts. In one part, add the white chocolate and half of the gelatin, and mix well.
Step 7
In the other part, add the dark chocolate. Add the remaining gelatin and mix.
Step 8
Spoon into dessert cups, placing the white soufflé on one side and the dark soufflé on the other. Refrigerate for 5–6 hours. Optionally, garnish with mint or whipped cream.
