- Heavy cream 1½ cups
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar ¾ cup
- Armagnac 3 tablespoons

In a small saucepan, pour in the heavy cream and add the butter and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
