Creamy salmon soup
Ingredients
- Salmon 10 oz
- Potato 20 oz
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Leek 5 oz
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the leek into rings, grate the carrot. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes or sticks. Dice the salmon.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes (to make the skin easier to remove, you can dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds), then dice them.
Step 3
In a pot, sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil. Add the tomatoes and lightly sauté. Then pour in 1 liter of water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
When the water boils, add the potatoes and a pinch of salt, and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add the salmon. Next, pour in the cream. Cook until the potatoes are done (3-5 minutes). If needed, add salt to taste.
Step 5
Garnish the finished soup with herbs.
