Description

If you want to make a puree soup, add one more step. When the vegetables and salmon are ready, transfer them to a blender and blend until smooth. Leave a few pieces of fish for garnishing the soup. Then transfer the mixture from the blender back into the broth, add the cream, stir, and bring to a boil. The creamy salmon soup is ready.

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Cream 22% 10 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Smoked haddock fillet 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a pot, bring about 2 liters of salted water to a boil.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Peel the onion, cut it in half, and slice it into half-rings. Add the potatoes and onion to the pot with water and cook until tender.

Step 3

Cut the fillet into large cubes (approximately the same size as the potatoes) and add to the vegetables. Cook for a few more minutes.

Step 4

When the potatoes and fish are ready, pour in the cream. Stir the soup, add ground black pepper to taste, and leave the pot on the hot stove for a few minutes.
