Creamy Raspberry Jelly
Ingredients
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Berry Compote 10 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of cold boiled water and let it sit for 1 hour to swell.
Step 2
Mix the cream with sugar. Stir until the sugar crystals dissolve.
Step 3
Heat half of the swollen gelatin until the first bubbles appear, but do not boil. Add it to the compote and stir.
Step 4
Pour the compote into glasses. Carefully place the glasses at an angle in the refrigerator until fully set.
Step 5
Heat the remaining gelatin until the first bubbles appear, do not boil. Add it to the cream and stir.
Step 6
Pour over the jelly in the glasses. Place in the refrigerator until fully set for 3–4 hours.
