- Pistachios 5 oz
- Heavy cream 5 fl oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece

Chop 150 grams of pistachios.

Beat the egg with sugar using an electric mixer until you achieve a uniform frothy mixture.

Pour in the milk and continue to beat.

In another bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks.

Combine it with the egg mixture, add the chopped pistachios, and mix everything thoroughly.

Place the mixture in an appropriate container and put it in the freezer.

Occasionally check on the ice cream and stir it a little to ensure it freezes evenly. Otherwise, the mixture will freeze at the edges but remain untouched in the center.
