Ingredients
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Gelatin 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and heat. Stirring, bring to a boil until all the sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and let it swell for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Remove the cream mixture from heat and gradually add the gelatin, stirring until fully dissolved.
Step 4
Strain through a sieve, pour into molds, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
Step 5
If desired, you can drizzle with any sweet sauce or jam.
