Ingredients
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Water 15 fl oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Cream 22% 10 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook a liquid semolina porridge (2 tablespoons + 500 ml of water/milk).
Step 2
Whisk the egg whites well with sugar and salt.
Step 3
While continuing to stir, gradually pour the cream into the egg mixture.
Step 4
Add the sour cream.
Step 5
Then add the whole wheat and wheat flour mixed with baking powder.
Step 6
Pour the already cooled liquid semolina porridge into the batter.
Step 7
Mix well.
Step 8
Fry the pancakes in a hot skillet, ideally cast iron, on both sides.
