- Fresh Oysters 12 pieces
- Water 10 fl oz
- Fish Oil 15 fl oz
- 33% Cream 10 fl oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Rye Bread to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the oysters in a steamer and cook until they open. Remove the oysters from their shells and pour the oyster juice into a glass.
Step 2
In a pot, bring the stock and water to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the oyster juice, cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the oysters and gently heat without boiling. Pour into bowls and serve with rye bread.
