- Porcini Mushrooms 10 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Thyme 0 oz
- Water 0 qt
- Truffle Oil 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and rinse the mushrooms.
Step 2
Boil in salted water until cooked through.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 4
Sauté in olive oil until golden brown.
Step 5
Blend the mushrooms, onion, and garlic until smooth.
Step 6
Drizzle with truffle oil and sprinkle with dried thyme before serving. Optionally, you can garnish with croutons.
