Ingredients

  • Champignons 10 oz
  • Potato 20 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Cream 22% 15 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cover them with water just enough to submerge the potatoes, add salt, and boil until cooked through.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion. Slice the mushrooms. Sauté the onion in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms and season lightly with salt. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated.

Step 3

Then, drain the water from the potatoes and blend them together with the mushrooms. Pour the soup into a pot, add cream, and season with a little pepper. Bring to a boil, but do not let it boil over (when reheating, also bring to a boil, but do not let it boil over).
