Creamy muffins with dark chocolate
Ingredients
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Dessert Yogurt 5 oz
- Cream 0 oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add melted butter, yogurt, and cream (you can substitute the yogurt with 170 grams of cream).
Step 3
Fold in the flour mixture and vanillin. Pour into silicone molds up to ¾ full and place a piece of chocolate in the center.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 390°F for 15–20 minutes (they take 17 minutes in my oven).
Step 5
Let cool in the molds, then transfer to a serving plate.
