- Water 2 tablespoons
- Red Food Coloring to taste
- Cream (40%) 4 cups
- Mint Leaves ¼ teaspoon
- Mini Chocolate Chips 1 cup

In a large bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, water, mint extract, and a few drops of food coloring.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
